As we look to return to a level of normality, We wanted to share our re-opening plans for Zaza. We are making some changes to our business and whilst we hope some of these are temporary, we can assure you, every decision has been made with the health of our guests and team at its heart.
Our restaurant layout has been altered to allow for safe and appropriate social distancing.
The maximum party size we can accommodate until further notice will be eight people.
Our main Menu and napkins will be disposable.
Sauces, salt and pepper will be disposable.
Lunchtime, classic Italy & kids menus will be available to view from your own phone. All you need to do is open your camera on your device and point it at a unique QR code on our menu.
We have changed our dining times to ensure we are preventing congestion in the restaurant of guests both arriving and leaving.
We recommend our guests to download Google/Apply Pay prior to dining, we will accept cash payments also.
Members of our team, both front and back of house will wear gloves and masks.
Sanitiser will be available at all entry points to the restaurants and we ask all guests to use this on arrival to the restaurant. It is further available at all service points in the restaurant.
Antibacterial hand gel is in use in all bathrooms and all surfaces are sanitised every 30 mins.
We will check the temperature of all team members on arrival to work every day, who have all signed and are working in line with our ‘Charter of excellence’ as we all commit to a policy of safety first at all times.
